FIT SAPIO - User Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all user information collected through the Infit mobile application and explains how Infit collects, uses, and protects user information on the Infit mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

Eligibility

Fitsapio is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account and using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.

When you use Fitsapio, we may collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the App, and information required to provide fitness and training services.

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Account credentials and authentication information
Profile information provided by the User

Health and Fitness Information

Age and other basic profile information relevant to fitness services
Height and weight
Fitness goals and preferences
Workout and exercise information
Fitness progress and activity information
Other health or fitness information voluntarily provided by the User through the App

Location Information

Device location information, including precise location where the User grants the required permission
Location information may be collected when required for an in-person training session
Location information may be used to coordinate the User and assigned Trainer

Registration and Account Information

The registration form is used to create and manage the User's Fitsapio account and provide access to the App's features and services.

User Rights

Users may update or modify their account information through the App where such functionality is available
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data

Health and Fitness Information

Fitsapio may collect health and fitness information provided by the User to deliver personalized fitness and training services. This information is used only for purposes connected with the fitness functionality provided by the App.

Location Information

Fitsapio may access the User's device location when the User grants location permission and when location information is required for an applicable location-based feature or in-person training session.

Why We Collect Location Information

To determine the User's location for an in-person training session
To help the assigned Trainer locate the User when starting a scheduled training session
To coordinate the User and Trainer during an in-person session
To provide location-based functionality necessary for the requested training service

Location Sharing With the Trainer

When required for an in-person training session, the User's location may be shared with the assigned Trainer
Location may be made available to the assigned Trainer to help the Trainer locate the User and start the scheduled session
Location information is not sold to the Trainer or any third party
Location information is not used for advertising purposes
Location information is shared only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or when required by law

Location Permission and Control

Fitsapio requests location permission through the device's permission system
The User can allow or deny location access through the device permission settings
If location access is denied, certain location-dependent features or in-person session functionality may not be available
Fitsapio seeks to use location information only when it is necessary for the relevant feature

Location Retention

Location information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain session records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data in accordance with the account deletion process

Fitsapio may use contact and account information to communicate with Users about their accounts, scheduled training sessions, service updates, security notices, and other important information related to the App.

Sharing With Assigned Trainers

Relevant User profile and fitness information may be made available to the assigned Trainer to provide requested training services
User location may be shared with the assigned Trainer when required to conduct or start an in-person training session
Only information necessary for the Trainer to provide the requested service should be shared

Service Providers

Data may be processed by trusted service providers that help operate the App, hosting infrastructure, communications, authentication, payment processing, or other necessary services
Service providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to Fitsapio and in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements

Legal Requirements

Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or government request
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Fitsapio, its Users, Trainers, or others

Fitsapio retains personal and sensitive information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods depending on their purpose
Location information is retained only as necessary for relevant session and service functionality, legal requirements, or legitimate operational purposes
Health and fitness information is retained only as necessary to provide the requested fitness services and maintain relevant account functionality
When information is no longer required, it will be deleted or securely disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements

Account Deletion and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Fitsapio account and associated personal data through the account deletion functionality provided by Fitsapio or by contacting Fitsapio support.

What Happens When an Account Is Deleted

The User account will be deleted or deactivated as applicable
Personal information associated with the account will be deleted from active systems where required
Health and fitness information associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with the applicable deletion process
Location information associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with the applicable deletion process
Other personal information associated with the account will be deleted unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law

Legal and Operational Exceptions

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, regulation, financial or accounting requirements, fraud prevention, security purposes, dispute resolution, or other legally permitted purposes
Where information must be retained, it will be retained only for the period required or permitted and will be securely deleted thereafter
